You want to fill your inventory with junk (and the slot your item is in when you put it in the anvil) and then rename it. Repeat until the anvil breaks. Two items drop out. The anvil dupe has been public since 2 weeks ago. The dupe works, but I expect it to be patched either by Mojang or PaperMC soon.
