"TekTaurus is a FRAUD company so don't waste your time, they don't even deserve 1 star. I enrolled for Salesforce Administrator training in Aug 2023. It was shocking to know that the trainer (Sriram Reddy) didn't had Salesforce trailhead or developer version access to teach practical part, didn't had any power point presentations, slides to cover theory part. I asked several times to provide me Salesforce Admin syllabus but neither trainer or Tektaurus (Krishanth) provided any materials. I had 3 classes with them, and it was clear to me that Trainer had ZERO KNOWLEDGE of Salesforce. Classes were canceled with a reason that there's NO INTERNET, also instead of my 2 hour class, trainer took classes for 30 min and 1 hour. I found that there are 2 small spring loaded pins inside the unit that make contact with 2 screw terminal posts on the back casing. However, I noticed only one of the pins was extended.
I've decided I won't be adding to my Ring devices until the playing field is levelled up. I don't want police or fire dispatch just having the alerts would be useful.
